Casa Boccia
In a rustic valley of Ponta do Sol the well-tended house lies on a height of 550m. Ovelooking green slopes the view from the veranda finally hits the sea.
Casa Boccia comprises of a very large kitchen (including a washing machine), a living room with satellite tv and a bathroom on the ground floor and the bedroom upstairs. A central heating on both floors can be used as a air condition in summertime.
The plot belonging to the house is about 3000 sq.m - mainly large gardens in inclination with various kinds of fruit trees. In front of the house there is a small lawn with seats and table, overlooking farmland, forest and ocean. A barbecue place and even a flat boccia court (rarely to find in Madeira) is at disposal.
It only needs some few steps from the door to reach a small levada that you may follow throughout the valley. Climbing up to the "Levada Nova" - some 50 mtrs above - you can return to your holiday home making a circuit or you continue for miles and miles of hiking tours. Next supermarket and restaurant are at a distance of 3 km.
